I am a Licensed Esthetician/Day Spa-Salon Mgr/Owner, and I would like to sample Your professional products, how do I do this?

At this time, we do not offer free samples, however, You can order samples and receive our professional sales pricing sheet and order form by completing the Aesthetician/Wholesale form here.

 

How do I return or exchange My order?

We understand that things happen.  So with that in mind,  All returns and exchanges of products or orders MUST be done within 5 business days from the time You received Your order.  All returns are subject to a 15% return/exchange fee which will be deducted from the full credit of the total of the order.   To return and or exchange Your order, please call or text us with Your order number, name, and email address to 1.888.609.4724 or locally at 1.352.363.5483 or email us at sales@plushorganicskincare.com.

To exchange Your order for a store credit for other products, please note that in your email/text. For refunds, please allow 2-7 business days for Your refund to the issuing credit/debit card or bank that You have initially used to place your order. This also depends on Your issuing bank, credit/debit card companies policies on how they credit the funds to your account.
