How Do I use My reward points?
Click on the gift icon at the bottom right corner of our store website; You can log in to Your rewards account by using Your existing account email address and password and track and use them upon checkout. Note: at this time, this feature works on the Website via PC only and not on Our store app.
I am a Licensed Esthetician/Day Spa-Salon Mgr/Owner, and I would like to sample Your professional products, how do I do this?
At this time, we do not offer free samples, however, You can create a FREE professional account at Our esthetician store here,and shop our sample products or purchase full product. Be sure to enter Your valid esthetician licensed or tax I.D to purchase Our professional products. ((UPDATE! -Our professional store will be closed for the rest of 2021 as we are going through some major updates. We will reopen March 2022.))
How do I return or exchange My order?
We understand that things happen. So with that in mind, All returns and exchanges of products or orders MUST be done within 5 business days from the time You received Your order. All returns are subject to a 15% return/exchange fee which will be deducted from the full credit of the total of the order. To return and or exchange Your order, please text us with Your order number, name, and email address to 1.352.922.0075 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To exchange Your order for a store credit for other products, please note that in your email/text. For refunds, please allow 2-7 business days for Your refund to the issuing credit/debit card or bank that You have initially used to place your order. This also depends on Your issuing bank, credit/debit card companies policies on how they credit the funds to your account.
