Since all products are created on the day you place your order, we do not accept returns, BUT when a product is damaged in anyway, we do issue a store credit to replace your order with either the same product or a product of your choice.  If you order a replacement product that is more than the original product you first ordered; we do charge the difference to your debit/credit card.  If the replacement product is less than the original product your first ordered, then we issue a credit of the difference to your debit/credit card.

With refunds, we only accept and process refunds when the product is damaged coming out of the package.  

If you experience any of these things please contact us within one or two days from the time You received Your order.

If you placed your order and then wish to cancel for a full refund; PLEASE do so within 24hrs.  Once the order is placed and You do NOT contact us to cancel your order -the order will be sent out anyway and the sale is FINAL!
